Children's Hospital of San Diego and its
affiliated Medical Groups have used the Claims-2-Ezcap™
program for the past two years. Our entities hold professional and facility
risk for 160,000 lives and currently inload approximately 65% of our claims

has been a major contributor to continuous efficiency improvement efforts
at SynerMed. While new product ROI is oftentimes difficult to ascertain,
it is nice that with Claims-2-Ezcap™,
the ROI and value is manifest.

We reduced our claims processing time by
over 50% using the new 5.0 version of Bowman Interface Technolgies’
Claims-2-Ezcap™ compared to their previous version. For an
NSF file, we were able to correct member problems and load into EZ-LINK® over 2,700 claims in about 3 hours. Excluding
the EZ-LINK inload time, it was easy for a single user to process 1,000 claims
per hour using this new 5.0 version of Claims-2-Ezcap™. We are just thrilled!
