Hospital Physical Therapy System
This hospital based Physical Therapy system provides a scheduling and billing system that interfaces to the Siemens/SMS hospital billing system and provides a mechanism for having remote PT sites with separate scheduling but a centralized billing.

- System is designed to generate billing records for the interface into hospital billing system.
- Can be custom designed to provide authorization information.
Multiple Sites
- System is designed for a complex PT environment with multiple sites sharing a common billing department and separate schedules per location.
- Locations schedules are unique to their requirements
- Reporting by multiple sites.
Scheduling
- System provides two types of scheduling:
- Calendar based scheduling for outpatients or sports medicine.
- List based scheduling for inpatients and home health.
- Different schedule types for each patient type.
- Calendar based scheduling can be either by room or by therapist.
- Schedules can be intermixed between all types.
- Calendar schedules can be set for multiple patients per time slot.
- Time slots are set for each individual schedule.
- Patients can easily be rescheduled.
- Patients can easily be scheduled for multiple time slots.
Billing
- Billing items formatted to interface to Hospital billing system.
- Billing generated directly from schedule.
- Billing set to reflect last visit's billing.
- Separate billing for each patient type and each location.
- Ability to add incremental line items to each bill.
