- Bowman Interface Technologies' MAPS: HR COMP/REVU system is designed to provide human resource professionals in hospitals with an information system that includes the tools necessary to administer and control both wages and performance reviews. In addition, the process of changing rate information automatically generates the records required to update your existing HRIS system for each employee affected. The MAPS: HR COMP/REVU system furnishes closed-loop control over wages, the automatic generation of performance reviews, and projected percentage increases for both departments and hospital when hospital-wide wage rates are changed.
The MAPS: HR COMP/REVU system provides department-specific wage rate tables that include only the jobs for the specific department. Wage rate changes not only produce update transactions for your HRIS system but also generate control reports for each employee showing their current and new rates. Management benefits by being able to evaluate the impact of wage changes for each department as well as for the hospital based on the current mix of employees.- The system also provides performance review face sheets that can be generated
for a specific month or for an individual employee. Standard exception reports
include incorrect review dates. Initial reviews at 3 and 6 months are specifically
identified.
